zone guide missing details

okay so see the pic its photoshopped so I could get both tooltips in the shot. 
essentially I have been to this location and got the skyshard inside. however the zone guide doesn't count this. I assume there are some weird missing logs or some such. This isnt the first time I have noticed this strangeness but, it is the first time I have proof. take it as you will just being diligent. maybe help devs identify another way to track visited zones before the zone guide system was in place.
if the skyshard was activated you have def been in that delve/dungeon/etc

chris25602✭✭✭I guess that makes sense. I probably didn't finish most of the dungeon. maybe if there was a hotkey to link to the dungeon achievement page? I don't know, I feel like the map icon coloring on the symbol made it feel like I had never been to that public dungeon not that I did not finish it. I was confused now I am not Thanks! also maybe see this as a ux use-case. All the information you need is in game just sometimes it seems buried.0

chris25602✭✭✭ok, so after following advice I still believe this is a bug. in this zone I have the same number of achievements in both public dungeons.

chris25602✭✭✭I am coming back from a long break and I am finding/'discovering' zones and getting xp for places I have already been...like thanks for fixing cyro I am loving it and this isn't huge I just am curious if anyone else has noticed discrepancies like this?0

chris25602✭✭✭yup so the current map icon makes people think they have completed it when you haven't and make you think you haven't done the dungeon ever when you have.

✭✭The problem is that an icon can only show two or three states. It can be black with thin outline, black with thicker outline, or white. Not all icons have all three.
The location itself has many more: unknown, discovered, entered, … up to completed. Plus there’s an associated quest with three states: not started, in progress, completed. Is the dungeon completed if the quest is not?
My understanding is that the icon state relates to the quest(s) for a Public dungeon. I.e the three states are unknown, discovered, and quest-complete. Bosses killed plays no part, and the skyshard is separate anyway. The zone summary matches the icon in what it considers done.
It is not clear whether we have a way to determine whether the skill point for the group event is available, after AWA.0
