Does the level of a skill line affect anything besies when abilities unlock?
Currently I have 1H/Shield to almost level 30 (out of what I assume is a max of 50) and 2H at 14. Thinking of switching weapon styles, but not sure if the lower skill line level will make it too weak to use effectively.
