Killing target from the Sacrament does not count towards Blackest Sacrament achievement

I didn't receive achievement "Blackest Sacrament" after killing my last target (Aojee-Ei, it was secondary target, but as I'm aware, they count toward achievement). This target still shows as incomplete in achievement window.
I did Sacrament three times on different characters: once with addons enabled, second and third time - with all addons disabled and game reloaded. Also, I tried killing Aojee-Ei with Blade of Woe and directly (with weapon and skills). Nothing worked.
I believe it's a bug, so I'm asking you to mark this target as complete and please give me achievement.

✭✭✭✭✭They do not retroactively apply achievements. There have been severe cases of character data corruption after attempting that.
Secondary targets usually do not, in my experience, give credit for this achievement.0
