High Isle Collecter's Ed, access to Clockwork City CE items etc?

I know there's been confusion about what actually comes with the High Isle Collector's Ed., but it seems pretty straightforward when it says "CE items from all previous chapters". Clear enough. BUT...
What about the DLC collector's items? Did anyone buy the High Isle Collector's Ed. and get access to, say, the Clockwork City CE with the kagouti mount and the mech pet etc.? Since these are DLC CE and not Chapter CE, I would like a clarification. Thanks all.

PeacefulAnarchy✭✭✭✭✭No, only the chapters. Morrowind, Summerset, Elsewyr, Greymoor, Blackwood. Every DLC has a collector's edition stuff and none of it is include.1
