Skyshards are showing double icons on map

I have Skyshard Hunter addon installed but see Double Skyshard icons on my map. How can I fix this, uninstalling and reinstalling does not help?

Show Skyshards is a built-in feature, now. You see the built-in icons and the addon icons.
