Waterfall sound unusually loud?

I have my ambience setting at max, otherwise I can barely hear rain etc. but that makes waterfalls EXTREMELY deafening. Purchased the Erstwhile Sanctuary and I'm already thinking of asking for a refund just because of this, it becomes extremely difficult to do anything in that house, the waterfalls are driving me crazy.

If this isn't a bug, could we get a separate option for waterfalls, perhaps? @ZOS_GinaBruno

Thank you, I've tried everything above, it's not on my end -- besides, everything (including other games) works perfectly. It's just a case of waterfalls being too loud, at least in my opinion. Homes like Erstwhile & Stone Eagle Aerie have this issue.
