vMA Set up for Stam

Been over 2 years since I have played. What is a solid VMA Stam set up? I assume Relequen and Loki are not the move. Twice Fang and Hundings?

✭✭✭I went with a werewolf. Alessian Order + Blooddrinker + Maw of the Infernal (formerly Selenes before the hybridization). Works on every level but the 7th. Have to stay in non-werewolf form and swap Maw for Selene. The Maw has a tendency to kill the second mage in the last boss fight.0
