@LoneStar2911 it seems to be inconsistent whether you gain rapport from Numani's Ashlander dailies or not, especially since U33 came out, but it does still work at least SOME of the time (on PC anyway, don't know about consoles).

1. There is definitely a cooldown - not sure if it's 20 or 24 hours, but make sure you're not on cooldown as you definitely WON'T get rapport if turning in a quest while on cooldown from the previous day's quest.
2. It seems less reliable to get rapport from these dailies since the Ascending Tide (U33) DLC came out in March. I tried turning in some ashlander dailies with alts that don't have rapport maxed with Mirri during the Anniversary event, and it just didn't work. However, sometimes even before then it was inconsistent and wouldn't always give rapport. I tried tracking them to see if it was one specific daily at fault, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
3. As described by @Ildun in this thread, you will NOT get rapport if you are mounted at the time. Try dismounting first?

Thanks. I’ve always dismounted, though. I always dismount before talking to any NPC so I’m not blocking another player somehow. (A habit I picked up in WoW because players would intentionally block NPCs with their mounts.)
I also thought about having Mirri next to the quest giver and am pretty sure I tested that, as well.
Unless I dreamed it, I think what worked for me was dismissing and resummoning Mirri right before I turned in the quest. But…. I’m about to level her rapport on another character so I’ll be back to this post if I’m still having issues.

if you think a cooldown is the problem, you could just try waiting for 2 days to be absolutely sure that is not what is causing the issue

i personally only got mirri rapport from fighters guild (i didnt learn about the ashlander daily rapport gain until well after i maxed her rapport lol)

@LoneStar2911 I agree, it's inconsistent. I was dismounted when turning in that Ashlander daily, and I was getting rapport with Mirri on my AD Khajiit Stamblade, but not my EP Altmer Magblade. I tried turning in a second ashlander daily about 20 minutes later, and that also failed to give rapport, so it's not a specific quest that doesn't work, it's something with my toon - or something. I don't know why it works ok on some characters and not on others. Basically, the bug is more complicated than just being mounted/dismounted.

Note: my altmer magblade ALSO does NOT get rapport from the Vvardenfell library (museum), although my Khajiit DOES. This is most vexing.

@jle30303 Yes. You get a big rapport gain (+125? 175?) the first time that you visit a completed museum. Then, on subsequent days (20 hour cooldown), you can gain +5 rapport from each completed museum that you visit with Mirri.

Note that some "museum" collections don't count for this: Dark Brotherhood (ick); Murkmire calendar; Bard's College in Western Skyrim; etc.

There's ONE of my characters who also usually does NOT get Mirri rapport gain from these Ashlander dailies. Today I tried removing my Ring of the Wild Hunt (different gear setup), and I DID get the rapport gain (was also dismounted). Try that to see if it helps? (Also wait 10 seconds for Mirri to catch up before you turn in the quest.)

That said, the rapport gains are very inconsistent with this character in several locations that reliably give rapport gains on my other characters (PC/NA and PC/EU). For CWC, she only gains rapport in the wilds of CWC, NOT inside or entering the Brass fortress. Despite having completed the tapestry for the Dragonhold/Southern Elseweyr zone, she NEVER gains rapport for visiting that. For the Library of Vivec collection, Bard's College, and Thieves' Den collection, she SOMETIMES gets rapport, but it's like she's on a much longer cooldown than usual (a week or more?), and/or needs to not be wearing the Ring of the Wild Hunt. Even the tiny rapport gain from reading bookshelves only happens once per session, not once per 5 minutes (normal cooldown period on other characters). Something funky with that character or something. (My similar EP Altmer Magblade vamp on PC/EU does not have any of the same problems with rapport gain, it's just the one PC/NA character.)
