I have started a first attempt at a custom build there but so far I only have a few small rooms. I have been farming mundane runes for hours, lol. I can’t even guess how many you needed to create this.

Having a nightclub in Fargrave with Daedra having drinks, playing poker, etc would have been great. Maybe a dancer and some shady types in the background.
It's too bad there's no music boxes that would be good for a nightclub.
