False mailbox full errors

For the past couple of days I have been getting false mailbox full errors. When I login there were anywhere between one and five items in my mailbox and the message would say it is full. I would receive and delete whatever mail was in the box then logout and login to refresh it. I would then get one to five new pieces of mail. Under no circumstances were there ever more than 10 items to be processed.

I should add that there are suppose to be 5 items in the inbox. If I receive the four shown mails then take an action that causes the mailbox to be reloaded the fifth item will show up in my inbox and the full message will go away.

Baertram✭✭✭✭✭Same happening to me on EU server.
I login, see my mails of the hirelings, collect them. All of sudden it says my mailbox is full and there are more mails?
If I switch zones I sometimes get another mail and I even get one directly if I buy something from guild traders.
If I logout and login with another char there are no new mails which were "hidden" before, only the hireling mails! Hint that mails are pending is gone.
If I login with the 1st char again: Neither new mails, and no pending mails sign.
Tested with addons disabled!0 -

✭✭✭✭✭this has been very hit or miss for me, sometimes it happens, and when it does usually zoning fixes the issue, but very intermittent for sureplays PC/NA

✭✭I hadn't seen this for a few logins but its back. Message says my mailbox is full with only three new items in it. After clearing those it shows two more emails to read but the inbox is empty. I then have to logout and login to refresh the inbox and be able to process the last two emails.0
