Anyone getting a very slow/delayed 'PLAY' button to appear on LAUNCHER lately?

deleted221205-002626✭✭✭✭✭I've had same issue with launcher... very long delay before play button appear if at all or patch manifest error.. its 50/50. Restarting launcher or moving your mouse around usually fixes it and I have solid 1gb connection. Oddly this happened once before in the past like 2014/15 something very similar.0
