SEAVEIL SPIRE HOUSING TOUR, Full Guild House, Giant Sea Lurcher and More!

Hello everyone, and welcome to my Seaveil Spire Housing Tour!
I've waited for many years for Zos to put a house in Betnikh, and oh boy did they ever deliver! This place has so much room, the scenery is beautiful, and the location is my personal favorite.
The house has everything you would need, all attunable crafting stations, Mundus stones, transmute station, armory station, bankers, merchants, aetherial wells, vampirism fountain, dps testing area, dueling arena, and a Giant Sea Lurcher that can...and will kill you if given a chance!

As for the guild, it's a stress-free, fun guild I hope to have with people interested in helping others and getting stuff done like dungeons, trials, skins, titles, achievements, housing, PvP, fishing, etc.

Things I liked....
- the "Aquaman" look of your character
- the entryway guardian you put together and the way it "passes gas" on "intruders"
What I didn't like....
- how much it points out my own lack of creativity
Overall great job!
Question: what is that pile of gold/treasure on entry? I've seen it in several other homes.0 -

VvwvenomwvV✭✭✭✭The gold pile is called "Dragon's Treasure Trove". I'll send a few pics of some of the improvements I've made. The Gaint Sea Lurcher can now be attacked. I placed an Iron atronach trial dummy inside of it.

VvwvenomwvV✭✭✭✭The floor with the attunables on it is called "Markarth Platform, Square"
I chose it because it went well with the area, it's completely flat, big, and the squares make an excellent grid pattern to help line up the tables with.3 -

Seeing this makes me want the item limit increase so much right now to see what you can make with it
Also, if it isn't too much of a bother, I'd like to know what the rocks you are running on at 1.30 are? And what boat is at 2.04?0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Wow, what an awesome guild house! I liked the coral guardian, the way you decorated around your mundus stones, and the entry with the flowers especially, it looked really like an enchanted underwater place. I'm sure guildies will love visiting there.0 -

The rocks at 1.30 are called "Linestone Shelf, Large" and the boat at 2.04 is called "Nord Boat, Fishing".1 -

Lol, I'm guessing you're joking? I made the Sea Lurcher. You can use it as a trial target dummy, and it can attack you as well 😃!0 -

holy moly, just searched for that nord boat, 250.000 a piece - ouch! Though I guess I should just be grateful it's not a crown store item (and I am).0
