Keybinds stuck to controller defaults

I logged in after the update and found all my keybinds reset. No big deal right? I noticed my dodge was set for controller and hit reset keyboard defaults and it did nothing. I also tried resetting to controls to controller default, and again nothing happened. All of my addon keybinds are gone, my dodge roll is gone, I can't do anything. There was nothing about this in the patch notes, so what happened????????????

SET RollDodgeDoubleTapEnabled "0" to SET RollDodgeDoubleTapEnabled "1"
in the user settings0
