Yup ! There has also been sets that was nerfed before the release that was never used ever !
Soldier of Anguish was really good on the PTS and got nerfed into oblivion never to be used by anyone ever in ESO. Really sad because it had so much potential, I look at this the same, so many Youtuber and streamers control the devs now that they are bound to there choices.
Sad we cant have fun with this ... Its will be over nerfed to please the content creators1 -

The only trend this poll will determine is how pessimistic forum users are about how Zenimax handles balancing gear. It cannot determine if this mythic will be nerfed at all let alone nerfed to oblivion.1 -

✭✭✭Really doubt they'll let Werewolves use it. Other than that, it's not as OPd as some think considering the one bar only restriction.
I've been testing it on a Magplar and the raw stats are nice but I don't feel that much more powerful than on live. Maybe a bit tankier and the sustain might be a bit better but not much. That's about it.
To start off it limits you to 5-5-1 or 5-4-2 so there's a loss there already and 5 skills + 1 ulti is also pretty limiting.
It's a nice alternative for 1-bar build fans but it's not even close to being a must have for everyone.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Will be nerfed into oblivion 1 month after High isle releasedI'm a bit concerned for the ring because we already have some testers and streamers saying it should be nerfed a little when it already doesn't perform as well as other builds/options. So if it's already not going to be stronger and won't be used in meta builds, then nerfing it will achieve what exactly? Making sure it's completely useless? Which is concerning to see people asking for an already weaker option to be nerfed. But they do have the tendency to nerf something after everyone has spent the money on the chapter and earned the item.
I do want to add: Eliminating the backbar can be a pretty severe penalty for some builds because it does more than only cut off 5 skill and another ult. Many run builds where you get a mythic, a trainee piece for more health, a full monster set and 2 5-pc sets b/c of using a proc backbar. So this not only eliminates your backbar, but it eliminates another 5pc set or undaunted set as well.
The only thing I'm curious about is how broken it could be for a werewolf build, but if it was only broken for that, they could easily add a limit to make it not work in WW form.-- @xaraan --

It has gotten a lot of attention, which is something Zos was probably hoping for. It has many people talking about the game, and that means many people will buy the dlc. More money for Zos.
I'm sure they knew it was SUPER-OP when they put it out. Everyone knows it's SUPER-OP.
Zos will make adjustments to it, and maybe several adjustments over time. They can milk it and keep the conversation going to hype up the dlc. Honestly...they need to hype up the next dlc!
So in other words, I wouldn't stress over it. It is what it is. They'll adjust it, and it will find a place in the game to where it will be something to play with, but not SUPER-OP.1
