All abilities that apply a bleed have to deal direct damage at some point or over time
ex. Blank skill swarms enemy dealing x direct damage every three seconds that applies bleed over three seconds
Blank skill deals x amount bleed damage and bleeds the enemy for x amount over x seconds
Bleeding status can no longer be purged and instead you have to heal for the amount of direct damage the skill does to stop the bleeding
This is amazing for builds that rely on dots almost entirely as you retain some pressure in the event someone just 1button casts off your entire combo
this would make sets that apply heal absorption more valuable as well
im not stating that this would be balanced in current game what with ww or some sets im just saying bleed isnt used for very much imo and the skills that apply it are mostly used for reasons other than the bleed
