What are msvcr100.dll & vivoxsdk.dll?

I have these two files in my live client folder. However, they do not appear in the PTS folder, and if I remove them, the live client loads normally.
Are these files needed, and what do they do?
Also, whenever I exit the game I see a brief screenshot of my playing, often from 20+ minutes ago and even on other characters.
What is responsible for grabbing these screenshots and can it be disabled?

Xinihp✭✭✭✭✭I have continued to play without these and had no adverse affects. I am assuming at this point they are just leftovers from earlier versions of the client that for whatever reason didn't get cleaned up during the update process.
