hi my "crystal fragments" ability doas not work. I try to reset it, i login-logout, but nothing!
The game gives me a mesage: "you dont meet the requirements ti use this ability" even if the skill full morph.

The only way it works is when it procs! otherway non functional...if someone knows something plz help ty
