✭✭✭✭✭In the animal kingdom, glaring colors indicate that an animal is probably poisonous. Some animals emulate that to chase enemies away so they won't get eaten. In a way, it does make sense here.

The way she stares at me gives me the shivers. I'm quite sure she's not a mortal, although I haven't come to a conclusion yet about what she really is. I suggest not eating the food she cooks, by the way, as she's for sure mixing things in that don't belong there, poisonous plants and shards of glass being among the more harmless things...Doesn't he talk at all?
He doesn't. He can juggle daggers and swallow swords, but apart from that, he only does mime stuff.
