Advanced Stats -> Sprint Speed dropping when adding Well-Fitted armor

Wearing 0 armor = 144% sprint speed. Wearing 7 pieces with Well-Fitted = 142% sprint speed. That number is going in the wrong direction.
I would rather be playing the game.

Heavy armor reduces sprint speed as a passive effect.
