Low Level char on endeavors

I just did an Endeavor on a low level char. the reward was 2k exp yet although she had the xp buffs, a scroll and the cake buff she only got 1,9k exp. What am I not understanding about this? Is there a level requirement for endeavors?

✭✭✭✭The lower your character's level, the less exp they get. Even with exp boosts and a 100% buff from from any given event, the exp gain on lower level characters will be around that amount. I'm not sure about Endeavors, in the regards of whether they scale with level and thus you actually get less on a sub50 character than it shows.PC-NA | Been around since closed beta
