Hi!
What do I need to do to be able to buy the game in Epic Games Store?
Could ZOS put it there?
It's good place to buy games.

I’m not arguing against it, but why there specifically? You can go to the ZOS website and buy the game if you don’t want to deal with Steam.

There's currently a bit of an issue with ESO (Microsoft, in fact) and Steam purchases in certain regions, but EGS basically enabled purchases for me in another game, so I wouldn't mind to see ESO there.

The thing is, that another game didn't block purchases on their website while ESO did. I don't think we'll get any official workarounds =(

I have an old account that came on a DVD, and I linked it to steam a few years ago. I don't log onto it via steam, but this weekend I bought some crowns through steam and by the time I had logged on through the normal launcher (EU server) they were available on my account.

This is why you get the game on ESO store instead. Any additional launchers are usually bad.

It would probably cause more strain on the servers, GTA Online was not accessible for at least a week after GTA V was a free game on Epic.

Posting the Infinite Archive and Imperial City Weekly Vendor updates.

Also trying out new Main Quests, Companions, ToT decks, Events and Styles on PTS.

Sounds like Gambling Crown Crates are banned in your region and you want a "workaround".

Why purchase it through any other platform than the ESO page in the first place?
From what I've heard steam players only complain about the issues that keep popping up for them, issues that players who play straight from the source don't experience. There are even guides on how to bypass steam when launch ESO if you bought it on steam.
You want all of that to happen on the Epic Game Store as well?

I don't think that whatever trouble ESO is having right now has anything to do with a lack of advertisement, so bringing it to the Epic Games Store as well, probably isn't going to increase growth by any significant amount.

No, [snip] Visa/Mastercard are off for international purchases for us too, so we can't buy crowns, or sub, or the new chapter neither in Steam (unless some dark region-changing magic gets involved), nor on the website. Don't know how it is for consoles though.

Okay, so what makes you think that this would be any different on the Epic Game Store? Is the region changing magic easier there? If your payment method doesn't work anymore, then that will still be the case with the Epic Game Store, no? Not sure how or why EGS would be working then.

For that another game connecting to EGS added new payment methods in-game, so it could eliminate at least "your payment method doesn't work" part.

On the part where ZOS doesn't want my money I wouldn't say anything anymore due to "[snip]" in my previous comment. I just wish to see some official communication from ZOS regarding that =(
