Only 3 crystals after activating HM of a vet pledge?

I am pretty sure HM was activated before we fought the twin bosses in vCoH 1. However, after it was done i received only a Green Geode which contained only 3 crystals as reward.

perfiction✭✭✭✭✭"some" bossess tend to reset after the pull - you can see them despawning and immediately respawning. When they do that HM is reset as well, so you have to reuse the scroll.0
