Error 209 - Never ending repair loops

First I wasn't able to get into dungeons. Now I am unable to log into the game at all. Encountering an endless repair loop.

same here; will start the game, but then it crashes. on top of glitching the screen. keeps asking to 'repair'. won't stop asking no matter how many repairs I conduct.

I'm also receiving this error. I was on earlier today but now when I open the launcher it says that it can't determine the version and then prompts for repair. The repair runs but after it completes I'm right back at the "unable to determine version" error screen and then repair prompt.

I've been seeing the "unable to determine version" message for the past week after Update 33 but today is the first time where the repair window has been looping.
