Replacing a group member in dungeons doesn't seem to be working normally for the past cuple of weeks

I've been in a few dungeon runs over the past couple of weeks where someone leaves and we queue to find a replacement and no replacement ever appears. Last time was last night in a random nLOM for my daily. The healer left immediately - didn't like that one I guess lol so I queued to find a replacement while the rest of us slotted what heals we could fit in and went ahead with just 3 while waiting. And everyone had their companions dismissed so that wasn't it.
We did the whole thing, and it took about 20 minutes and no replacement was ever found.
Anyone else notice this lately?

✭I think it just takes longer, but it does fill. We had a tank bail on Frostvault right at the start, we 3 personed it until the final boss, replacement came when we had the boss at 50%. Quick random normal for them.1 -
Mythgard1967✭✭✭✭✭I too have noticed and agree that sometimes it seems to be a case of taking LONGER. Sometimes it takes so long you never see a replacement...the one time I saw a replacement found it was just in time for the last mob.0 -

It's made me think that maybe they have changed the matchmaking priority logic and fetching a replacement from those queued is not as high priority as before.
I remember this being an almost instant thing in the past - maybe not for tanks but for all other roles it was.2 -
haelgaan✭✭✭✭✭DF didn't seem to be working right last night in US prime time, just trying to start a dungeon. queued with a tank, healer, and a dps - just needed one DPS for a random normal, and gave up after waiting 20 min...
