You can swim out with no slaughterfish, so you should be able to. Hopefully someone who buys it can confirm. I feel the same about the exterior vs interior.
the outside is so open to possibilities and the lightning is so amazing. I did went multiple times inside and all i feel is my fear of the ocean (but .... as i feel the same in RL so i guess they succeeded. I could never use a structure under the sea while leaving near sea ....)
Also i think that 700 slots used outside will be almost enough but inside i feel like some rooms would be left empty.
may be creates wildlife and reefs ? with colors giving reflects under water ? dunno if this is possible but should, as in fact this is an old town below, so it gives more liberty where plants and fish could have make their home.
More boat furnishings would be really great now.
I was considering getting this house because I like the outdoor space so much. But four things are stopping me;
1. The too low furnishing limit
2. The lack of boat furnishings (the canoe from blackwood is nice, the master angler one is ok, but I see so many nice vessels around tamriel that I would like - maybe add them in High Isle as achievement furnishings or suchlike, it is a naval theme after all:) )
3. The indoor space lacks flowing water to make it a bit cooler
4. The water doesn't have enough life, and expensive schools of minnow won't cut it for me as I'd need way too many to afford.
If more furnishing slots are added sometime, or boats or oceanlife furnishing options, or flowing water furnishings (that I can afford) , I'd get the place for sure.
I would totally have bought this house if that central tower had an interior. It's such a shame that they didn't place any doors/windows. It's a beautiful centre-piece that you can't properly integrate...
I have to say I do prefer the Murkmire house to this one as far as underwater views go. It might not have a ship, but it has a lot more fish closer to the "windows" right off the bat, making it a lot more engaging to look at.
I think the problem here is that this house is so vast. It's convenent for those who wish to make it their crafting base, but the downside is that the fish are very distant, so it seems dead.
