Can't loot the Dragonhold Chest

Recently received an achievement for completing 30 quests on the second character. Before that, I could only loot a chest on one character. After I got the achievement on the second character, my first character can no longer loot this chest. Is it once a day for an account now?

    It's been once a day account wide for a long time, possibly since it launched or shortly thereafter.

    Ok, I get it. And I have already prepared for a long farm of achievement on all my characters.
