Aurora Firepot Spider... duplicate parts

Having obtained all the parts and the instructions, and subsequently built the spider, it appears the instructions are no longer available for purchase. So what is there to do with all the duplicate parts?

    Delete them. The drop rate is insane, so you can delete them - you'll get some anyway later on.

    And I bet some players will be more then willing to part with them - for gold or free.

    I'm saving mine and will send them to guild mates on their birthday. Usually I send them a fish.

    It would have been nice if the parts were stored in an account area like the soul fire dragon parts so I wouldn't have like half a dozen of each part over several characters.

    At least they stack though. I am up to a stack of 70 of 1 part.

    Yeah, I'm also just throwing them into my bank as I'm curious that at the end of the event will they get to the amount of more than one stack? :D

    I'll probably just wait for my final stacks and then stick them in a guild bank for anyone who wasn't around during the celebration.

    I'd mark them as junk and leave them in my bag so new ones will automatically go to junk. I would then cleanup junk as needed.

    The thing is, if people don't buy the instructions from the merchant, the parts are useless in the future, are they not?

    Zos indicated that the instructions will be purchasable from the impasarrio assistant after the event. So you as long as the parts are around. People can get the pet.

    Yeah but... does the impresario assistant sell anything else for tickets? Most of what he sells is for gold. I will be most peeved if it becomes possible to purchase the instructions for gold after I spent tickets on them.

    There should be a buy back value from the impresario , also applied to duplicate styles & rune boxes

    The final part needed to combine the pet will become a permanent fixture on the assistant merchant, which means eventually you will still be able to get the final piece but not the three fragments except during events so i suggest people save them, and once the event is over you have a stock you can either sell or gift to friend who missed out and they can still get the pet all year round.

    Question: Do you have to do a specific kind of daily to get the rear legs to drop?

    I've had multiple drops for the Firepot and Front Legs, but the Rear Legs aren't dropping for me for some reason. It's getting fetching annoying.

    I got all my Firepot parts from crafting dailies, as they've been the ones I have had time to do. For me, I would say front legs - 40%, back legs - 40%, fire pot - 20%.

    Yeah, I've got my firepots and front legs from crafting dailies too. I guess back legs either aren't dropping as much as they should, or aren't dropping at all on Series X.

    Good ole RNG at work here: The firepot's not dropping for me, I've got 5 front legs and 3 rear legs, 0 firepot.

    Must be nice to have all those "extra" spider parts. I have all the parts but the Empresario does not have the instructions for sale to make the pet.

    Not only that, but I have not been able to get any new tickets for 2 days. What's the deal???

    sell them, if you're in a guild with a shop, you can sell them.
    I sold mine for 1k, and I felt kinda greedy considering crafting writs can be spammed lol.

    Once "group mounts" are a thing... I'm going to use all these parts to craft meself a mecha-millipede and take the whole guild for a ride.
