Anniversary Boxes Bugged? Opening them causes them to vanish!!

I opened three Anniversary boxes yesterday...and the box vanished and I received nothing. I heard the standard box opening chime, but no modal appeared and the box simply disappeared. I was blasting through various containers at the time, and I just ripped through all three boxes I had before I realized they weren't working.

Anyone else having this issue? Any way to prevent it?

    Well, just tried to open another, and the same thing happened...box just vanished. Then I disabled all my addons, and tried again. The container modal appeared this time...but every single anniversary box contained nothing but materials...and mostly common materials at that...

    Ok. I think what's happening is I have some addon, not sure which, that is auto-looting these when I open them. Since they only seem to contain mats, and I am an ESO+ subscriber, they go strait into my craft bag, hence the reason why nothing is showing up in my inventory...

    I'm still rather baffled. Must have opened several dozen of these now...nothing but mats? Seems rather pitiful compared to last year, when these things contained all manner of wonderful goodies...

    that is not right, I've been getting mats, motifs, style page, furniture plans, recipes, transmute crystals

    It is updated. Everything is up to date.

    Its very strange. With all mods disabled for a day now, I am still getting only mats...

    One of my guildmates had their saved transmute crystals decrease upon opening boxes, they had screenshots and their transmute count went from 67->65 after opening a box... There's something bugged with the rewards in this event. Also, I didn't receive tickets when eating cake (wasn't on cooldown/didn't have full tickets), never happened before :pensive:

    I finally got something other than mats. A useless green recipe and a nearly useless blue recipe.

    I haven't checked my transmute crystals...man, I had a ton of them before... I hope I haven't lost any.
