Option 4: Change the tree to a smaller rock
There is another post (currently about 5 below this one) where Kevin answered and said they're speaking with Customer Service about it. The request was for a player doing exploits to get banned. There was no talk of an actual fix. At least not yet.

I looked along the back wall for the tree a couple of weeks ago but couldn't find it, need to go look again...
and, 100% pretty certain that whatever the "fix" is, it'll just simply mess something else up...
maybe zos will just remove all the trees in cyrodiil...the trees can go the way of the deer. .
was roaming around the back wall of glade this morning, still can't figure out which dang tree ya'll talking about

finally found the tree that folks can leap in to glade with...i tried it a few times, it's hard, hung out in the area for 10 minutes or so watching different people try the jump - one person made it in, once...
yeah, focus on getting rid of the hammer, fixing the low AP bonus (what the heck is up with AD always getting it - for like years now) and maybe possibly fixing lag...
maybe even un-fix what they did to the ayleid wells in cyro...why, oh why...

I've watched people spend 15 minutes trying and failing rather than just siege.
