Are the anniversary exp buff and exp scrolls working?

During the jubilee event I was getting tons of exp when I handed in daily quests and now it feels like I'm receiving normal exp. Am I wrong?

you know what it is, I was enlighten which means I gain extra exp in cp. Nevermind.
