High ping, disconnects after maintenance on Finnish players using Telia ISP

Title basically. After the maintenance every single person using Telia ISP has ping issues. Is this something the ISP needs to be informed about and solved or something ZOS can help with? I personally have ping between 200-999 while idling and get disconnected on loading screens

Cuddlypuff✭✭✭✭When I came back from a 6 month break I realized my ping was spiking to 999+ under load instead of the usual 250-300 from Australia. Turns out the Akamai DDOS protection network that the game uses changed something internally and started routing packets through Hong Kong. It only got back to normal after using a VPN with endpoint set inside the US.0 -
