Unable to load main character

I am on PS NA my character is in Reaper's March. When I first started getting an error - the game stopped - I had to restart but was able to reload for a second or two before getting the error. Now I am unable to load my character 'Chenoweth Tas'. I am able to load and play my other characters. I tried to submit a bug from one of my other characters.

✭✭This has been an issue on PS5 for a while now. It happened to me a few months ago near Arenthia. It would be nice if it could be acknowledged by zos, considering it is literally hard crashing to PS5 desktop.0 -
