when is this game going to be fixed?
this has gone on for at least 3 weeks. getting booted while logging in, stupid long lag during game play. the game is [snip] broken and we are paying for it.

I either get told that an error occurred, try logging on in a few minutes, or that I lost lobby connection. For me it's regularly +999 ping and untimely FPS drops. And their defragmentation this morning did not improve anything... I got kicked out of the game 10 minutes after logging in0 -

goatlyonesub17_ESO✭✭✭✭When the message we see (after getting booted out of game back to the log-on page) is "An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes...." there isn't a numerical error code.
When the message we see is "Lost Lobby Connection," the error code is 334.
For me, these two messages often alternate.
In between getting booted out of game, I can play for anywhere from five minutes to maybe an hour. Sometimes, the problem with repeatedly being kicked starts slow and then rises in frequency as I continue to play the game, logging on once again as necessary.
The most common time for an episode of boot-offery is when I'm making use of fast transportation, either teleporting or using a wayshrine, or, sometimes, going into (or out of) an outlaw hideout or some special quest-related area that you only enter once, ever.
If the boot-off happens during a teleport, the game CHARGES me with the extra cost of the interrupted, failed teleport when I log back on and try again to do the teleport. I didn't get the teleport when I tried it before the boot-off, but I did get my next-teleport cost raised AS IF that previous attempt had been successful.
