    Hilarious, we get nice login rewards as a compensation for the latest issues (at least unofficially) and now we can't log in

    You can hope, my queue time is after 20+ minutes somewhere between 1 sec and 11 hours 😤😤😤
    I think that the decission about renewall of my subscription is clear 🤔

    OK again cannot play, full of bugs and exploit after 8 years of game, I think this is the end of sub for me.
    That would be frustrating but ok for a free to play, but given the game price, DLC and extension price, sub mounthly price that totaly inacceptable!

    PC EU This is an ongoing game breaking issue. Those online attempting to play are having issues and the rest can't get onto the server.

    Please, take the servers down and fix it. So another day of tickets and event fun doesn't go lost. Thank you in advance.

    This is awful. How can you run a business when bugs aren't fixed and people are ignored? Endless queues, endless log in screens for a company most of us sub to, all of us have paid for, this is how to get customers to leave.

    Apologise, compensate, bring the servers down and get competent people to fix this mess.

    Yeah same here (PC EU server), cannot get passed logging in; just says you've been placed in a queue. Timer switches between 5 seconds and something like 20 minutes.

    GIven the issues with the NA sharding, couldn't they just have left the whole sharding thing completely until they knew what went wrong.

    We have gone over communication hickups and we are at square one again.
    I still don't get how a 200 million dollar game has these underlying issues and lack of pre-testing.

    We didn't sign up for a stress test. We signed up for an event and playtime.

    No one is gonna play again tonight basically. *nods in irony*

    How does the port look in Frankfurt? Someone changing it in those 3 hours of downtime? hmm?

    It has the earmarks of bad design. Unfortunately that can be very hard to fix. Design issues are much harder to resolve since they involve so much work.

    no way to do the last event, the last day....
    no way to do new event first day....
    no way to get the "exciting" daily login bonusses....
    great job @ ZOS
    your game sucks
