i know console doesnt have addons to log that kind of stuff, so you could do the old school method of screenshot it if you cant look at it for more than a few seconds lol
then just review it after you were done whatever activity you were doing

Pretty much this. I usually know what killed me, but there are times when I get nuked and have absolutely no idea what happened. For the first time a few days ago I got killed by a vanilla guard after they used something called Power Something and did next to 25k damage in that one attack. I wasn't fighting back and had only been running for like 5 seconds so it wasn't the one-shot guards can do after a while (the damage from that is also in the millions iirc). I have NEVER seen that from a base game guard (I was in Dhalmora) in all the time since they implemented the Justice System, so when I got yeeted to the next era from full health I checked to see what the hell had happened.I use it whenever I don't know why I died lol

Playstation has the share button. You press it and press save video and it will capture the last 15 minutes of what you did.
