Letter in Shipright's Regret says "you will hanged by the neck".
Expected Behavior
The letter should read "you will hang by the neck".

Since it's a legal order, shouldn't it be changed to "you will be hanged by the neck until dead" ?
This was quite evident, as judges had to legally order the convict “to be hanged from the neck until dead”.
