Shipwright's Regret - Grammatical error in Letter of Execution

Observed Behavior

Letter in Shipright's Regret says "you will hanged by the neck".

Expected Behavior

The letter should read "you will hang by the neck".

    If only real world correspondence was as grammatically accurate. I'm actually surprised at how well every npc in the game speaks and writes compared to the real world. The education system in Tamriel must be top notch.

    I bet you’re not forced to endure zone text chat like I am either. I’ve concluded that in addition to spelling they don’t teach grammar at all in schools anymore.

    This was quite evident, as judges had to legally order the convict “to be hanged from the neck until dead”.
