AWA and Master Sealed Writs... has the Rate changed?

Hey Fellow Crafters, I would like to know if they Rate to get Sealed Master Writs has Changed for the Provisioning since the AWA.

I believe that before it was linked how many Purple and Gold recipes you knew, I am wondering if that has changed.

    Wish I could tell you, but I cancelled my ESO+ with the AwA and lack of communication debacle, so I'm no longer doing writs.

    I know of others who have well over 20k because they just don't do them.

    Despite the number of recipes learned being accounted thru all the chars due to AWA changes, purple and gold recipes still need to be learned char by char in order to improve the master writs drop ratio on each char.
    So, there are no changes.

    No source, since our primary source (patch notes) is super vague regarding this, but I think that there aren't any changes to how tradeskills knowledge influences master writs drop ratio because you still need to learn the recipes/furnishings/gear traits/runes char by char if you want to craft food/drinks/furniture/gear/glyphs with that char.

    The only change to knowledge is on alchemy: ingredients traits learned are truly account wide (your new char will know all the traits of all the ingredients as long one or several of your chars knows enough traits to complete the entire ingredients trait list).

    The patch notes don’t specify anything about provisioning or alchemy, but I reviewed and found that recipe knowledge is still per character (toons that haven’t learned the Aetherial Ambrosia or War Torte can’t make them and don’t have them listed as knowledge) as is Alchemy reagents (traits still have “?” listed on toons that haven’t learned them, despite having other toons with full reagent knowledge).

    I’m pretty confident that @redlink1979 is correct and that these, like motifs, must be learned per character to factor into the Master Writ drop rate for that character.

    I think it's unlikely that any player has actual data approaching significance, especially with the very low drop rate of provisioning master writs.
    That being said, the old information was that purple and above recipes were what counted, and the only thing tracked in achievements is total recipes known, including all lower qualities. So I think it's almost certainly still individual to the character.
