Seriously, I have not had lag like this in ESO ever....

    Perhaps leaving your detailed description in this forum, might help ZOS track down what the problem might be and fix it.

    I had a momentary issue like this and attributed it to my ISP. Is that possible in your case?
    Baskin Robbins always finds out.

    Message is showing up for me right under the big red one about forum messaging being disabled. So.. looks like they're aware and investigating.
