You know, one of the non-negotiable, non-optional costs of running an MMO.
Bonus points to the GM who turns up dressed like this:

The writing for quests to stop treating us like morons and focus more on telling a story.
Why can't we use the random finder with 2 or 3 people
- Overland difficulty changes (sliders/consumables/wearables)
- That's really it. The game feels great in almost every other area, but feels painfully boring to actually play. A story-only experience isn't good enough in a video game. There has to be friction.
arghh dont launch tomatoes at me for what i will say
MUSIC : playing instrument with our music and giving concert or not (like in LOTRO)
Some of the views the game created appeals to music, either for yourself or in group. Lets the compositor (you) create its own music

As in, get them from completing content, or in the content, rather than crownstore. Otherwise I quite like ESO the way that it is, barring the performance issues of course.
Both WoW (and I think Rift) did this. I gained a really cool drake mount from a quest in WoW, once. Felt great.

Me too. Never dropped for me. Daughter got it several times; SIL had 10 drops of it in the same couple of years I never saw it.Resizing of furnishings - ability to make them smaller or larger

Forgive me for cherry picking some quotes - I don't feel up to thinking right now (abscessed tooth....)

No thanks, I quit WOW 2 + years ago
I'm confused . . . while I understand wanting ESO to be its own thing, do you not want larger raids, seemless zone traveling, and more earnable options in game (mounts/pets/hair styles)?
Do I want endless reputation grinds from WoW? Absolutely *** not lol. But I would love to have crown crate mounts or other crown store mounts be earnable in game. I think the crown store is necessary since the subscription is "optional." But, to have it as fleshed out as they do is beyond excessive which 99% of ESO players will agree with. Also, I'd love a true open world similar to new world without loading screens. That'd be great! And more class identity in regards to class-specific quest lines, item sets, etc. would be great! But I definitely don't think that ESO's servers could handle 25 man raids since they're barely able to handle 12 currently lol. Cheers!
Larger raids, seamless zone travel and more in game earnable rewards would be fine for sure. But this? No thanks:

- guild wars, You and the members of your guild would get teleported to a battleground where everyone would fight a enemy guild, winner guilds would get points and show up on leaderboards.
- Kissing emotes i guess for couples.
It's not a mmorpg, but gold weapons on overwatch have a sparkling effect, nothing that crazy, but it would look cool on max upgraded gear on eso with the option to turn on and off ofcourse.
