avg with minimal lag is 80-100, start noticing lag at about 120-140, becomes unplayable when it reaches 300+ (usually only happens in cyro)
    plays PC/NA

As long as I am not in Cyrodiil, anywhere between 60 and 100. Just looked at some parses I did over the weekend (CMX shows avg. latency at the time of the parse), and it was around 93, which is on the high end for me. Looking at some from roughly a year ago (April 2021), and they are around 68. So not exactly the trend you are looking for.

I am in Denver with Comcast.

Was rather high in Greyhost Cyro about 40 minutes ago (PC EU)
Around 350 with FPS drops to 15 sometimes lower then a general crash yelled out in zone chat.

In overland (PvE) I've noticed its' a tad higher than usual for me, around 100/120 and the camera feels a bit jittery (not sure if it's my end)

    Australia: 240 to 270 usually to PC-NA.

Sometimes the routing can get stuffed up so we'll run a VPN to force a different route to the US.

For two more days I'll be tethering as my primary internet then Fiber gets installed.

From tethering I usually sit anywhere between 99-120ms in any game I play online, ESO included.

I'd love to be able to do that - but along with no cable or fiber, I also cannot get cell service here at home - or TV (not that I want TV - but husband does!)

You should look into Starlink as long as you have a direct unobstructed view of the sky you should be good use the Starlink app on your phone and will give you an idea of service, it will be a complete life changer and your husband will get his TV

Dang, so Satellite is all you've got as an option. I've been there. Tried it out since for the longest time (last 20 years) Fiber and Cable were not an option. It was Satellite or Dial-Up.

But as Cell towers got better and cellphones got better I tried out an app one day that let me tether despite carrier restrictions and... magic. I was able to stream videos, play video games, and so much more. It was great. I hope something happens for you as well that enables your ability to play games with latency that doesn't take 5 years to process.

Australia, East Coast. Best evah was 220ms... years ago.
Now it is more like 300-700ms. I very rarely see it where it's not red.

On this game the latancy not showing the truth number!!!
Some time take over 1 secound to have the answere on game after making the click on keyboard, but usualy is near 0.5 secound
I have played for years shooter games like Battlefield 2 and CounterStike with latancy of 190 -220 is very good and no problem (is normal in South America)
But on this game (ESO) 200 ping is like we played on Asian or Europen severs these shooter with 400 - 600 ping

We play on PC-NA, latency is 70-115ms, with some uncommon spikes to 600ms. We are on Starlink for Internet.
