Modest Proposal: swear jar for capital letter abuse

Unless you’re GAIVSIVLIVSCAESAR, you’ve probably heard of the “little letters” and maybe even used them from time to time.
I propose a “swear jar” for forum topics that consist entirely of all caps, or bleed off into all caps, like the text version of a Sam Kinison routine.
This is for charity, of course.

Which btw, using all caps on a full title is still far more correct then doing that. So can we add that to the jar as well?
