Well, it's better than what I have been seeing since the patch with 999+ being quite common

I'm on wifi with an average connection of 600Mbps download / 300Mbps upload, with ESO it can be anywhere from 100ms to 999+ while on WoW its around 12ms to 37ms at most.

I'm in Vancouver ,west coast as well and I average between 110 and 200 consistently. Spike really bad sometimes in the 1000s. When I started playing in 2014 it was like 50 to 70 ms. Haven't had a chance to check after maintenance today. but last week has been total chaos.

60 to 120 latency on average

    8 ping

50+ download speed on average upload speed with like 5 upload speed

Southwest U.S near metropolitan so good cable development

The latency is slightly still worse the pre update 33. I used to stay under 100

At last, a lot more playable then that 9999 latency mess in the dark 8 days of update 33

As long as it doesn't jump around. Then you will enjoy consistent gameplay. Ideal latency for ESO is anything under 300.

PC NA 60-80 normally, spikes to 100-130 in groups, 999+ in cyrodiil when fighting multiple factions at once at a keep or in the overland areas. Our pvp group has learned to recognize lag spikes as indicators the enemy zerg is approaching

For two more days I'll be tethering as my primary internet then Fiber gets installed.

From tethering I usually sit anywhere between 99-120ms in any game I play online, ESO included.
