Since the patch.... Is the Dungeon finder broken for anyone? [PC]

I'm trying to queue in as a tank, and I'm not being pulled in like I use to prior to the patch. Seems like the dungeon finder is broken right now... I was able to successfully use the battlegrounds, but not the dungeon finder.

✭Just this evening. Earlier today ran Ship 5-6 times, insta-pop. Everyone is using Craglorn zone chat, ATM.

I would go to craglorn. Seems like that or captial cities is where everyone is manually grouping at0 -
