Do we redo the Fighter's/Mage's Guild quests in VR content?

Title pretty much cover's it.
I'm about to head into VetRanks, so I'm curious as to weather I'll just be doing zone quests or if the main and guild quests get recycled. Wouldn't make a whole lot of sense, but still might be fun.
