    Had no problems yesterday evening PC/NA. Logged in and out all my characters with no trouble.

    PC EU yesterday evening. Did pledge dungeon via group finder. Received mails. Chat worked. No problems. No logon nor wayshrine delays.

    PC-EU, no Steam here:

    Haven't had any issues at all, except for the Inventory Grid View add-on causing the in-game settings menu not to pop up post patch. I had to replace IGV with GridList to get it back to normal.

    Also trying out new Main Quests, Companions, ToT decks, Events and Styles on PTS.

    Yesterday evening, PC/NA I had a lot of the described problems. Slow loading between zones occasionally, very slow character load, delays in logging out, disconnects. Not 100% of the time but it tripled the time I needed for craft writs.
    This morning on PC /NA, only thing I noticed was when queuing for Imperial City, it took a long time to get the prompt to join. Otherwise things were normal.

    Not a single problem for me (I farmed new dungeons, did a couple of arenas and some trial)

    PC/NA, Steam client.

    Frequent laggy animations, frequent long load screens (especially between zones). Issues with initially getting I logged in, but only then.

    Long load screen to get into FG1 but, once in, no problems.

    One thing I have noticed: traveling by boat between zones seems faster and less problematic than wayshrines.
