✭✭✭It actually seems to be intermittent since it just got a bit worse after my first post. Not as bad as earlier but still slow loads of zones and dungeons. It took me about 2 minutes to get into the Dread Cellar but earlier it was more like 5-10. Zoning is about a minute for me now but much better than 3-5 earlier.

Wow, you are luckier than I then.
Up till today my issue was only that since the update I can't open Chrome (like many others) once I open the login screen, have to reboot to get it to work again.
But this evening is just nothing short of brutal. I get every error known to man trying to log in, when I finally get there it is so lagged and slow it's almost impossible to even bother trying to fill a store or do writs.
I think I'm done with this game. It's gotten ridiculous.5 -

Bloody-Goodbyes✭✭✭It's gotten worse not better. I'm having more issues logging in and staying connected now than I was a couple hours ago. Load screens are still terrible and there is a 9/10 chance I'm getting booted when I enter one. I could still play before the maintenance today and now I can't do even the most basic tasks in the game without issues. Only issue I have had since the Maintenance is very long load times on everything and every toon I had. I thought it was just me and that something had happened to my game and was going to report it until I came in here to see all this. Anyways all of my toons have been deleted. Thank goodness none of them mattered. I only play the game once a day to collect my daily reward and deposit it into a Bank. I have been stockpiling my rewards for a few years so that maybe someday when the game becomes playable I will be able to get into it and actually play it to the end. Alas I don't think that is going to happen. I will create new toons tomorrow when I am not so tired and can deal with the stuff that is going on. UGH!

hurry143✭✭When the server came back online, I used the group finder for one random vet and three vet pledges. A group was found within 5 minutes each time. The loading times for the dungeons varied anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
I then switched to another character and tried to do the same. For the last hour now, I've been queued as healer. The queue still pops every 5 minutes or so, but each time it ends up telling me that someone has declined the invite.
Loading times are still noticeably longer. I'm timing out searching guild stores. I'm even timing out trying to open a guild store.
UPDATE: Literally I after posted this comment, a dungeon group was formed. Now I'm typing this update as the loading screen for Fungal Grotto slowly churns.
UPDATE 2: Completed FG successfully with no issues. 3 of us decided to stay and requeue from Selene's. Got the ready check a few minutes later but nothing happened when we all clicked "ready". I tried to leave group but couldn't. But then a group was formed soon after. Spent 3 minutes on the loading screen for Selene's Web. When the dungeon finally loaded, there's just the same 3 people from the last dungeon.
UPDATE 3: The other 2 group members gave up and went offline. I can't leave group and I can't remove our group from the queue either. I'm going to log off and try another character (may the Force be with me). Marcusorion1✭✭✭✭10 minutes + deadlands loading screen, previous 45 minutes was just as bad performance level if an NPC or another player was anywhere near me , my actions were frozen in time.
I think its just luck based on whatever if it works for one person and not another - I highly doubt they are doing anything.

Well with their deafening silence all week and downtimes that fixed nothing, I'm working on the assumption that they may have no idea what's causing it and why it has been NA PC only for a week and not also EU since we both got update 33 at the same time.
The extremely long loading screens thing has been happening all week for me usually between 4:00 - 8:00 PM pacific timer.
After today's "cold storage and sharding" patch it has happened all day instead of just east coast prime time and it has been worse. The long character load from the character select screen and long delay before log out registered were new ones for me today.
When I posted my OP it had gotten better and remained that way for about 45 minutes and since, it's gotten worse and then better and then worse again.
I made this threads in hopes that anyone working on this happens to read the forum and my OP time stamp helps identify something they did or something that happened around the time it got better. We want this fixed don't we?
It's been happening without a fix for way too long now and we're all grumpy about it. I get that and we should be especially grumpy about the lack of communication about it.2 -

Now I don't get kicked out of the game but I get to look at a loading screen FOREVER!
Usually resulting in me quitting the game after 20 minutes anyways....

✭✭✭✭✭Performance in Cyrodiil is better than it’s been in weeks. Skills actually fire, even in big fights. No noticeable stuttering or desyncs. No messages telling you your siege is busy. All three factions at max pop and running smoothly.

AndASM✭✭Nope, appears to be still broken. There have been periods where it is somewhat playable. But regular disconnects are still a thing. Did anything get fixed, or did peak hours pass and the issue will be just as bad tomorrow? From the timing, and continued issues, I wouldn't bet on it being fixed.0
