Could we get some sort of idea of to what is happening with fixing things? From the note it looked like you had an idea of the problem. Is this a should be back up in an hour more or is it we found a big snag and it is going to be hours more? Pretty please do not say days more.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Asking for an update after 3 hours of emergency maintenance, when an event is at its end, isn't the same as bugging someone every 5 minutes. I am actually surprised at the restraint a lot of people are showing!

✭Not keeping customers updated is not a good business practice.
Even if we are still working on it, or waiting on a part or anything at all, shows care for customers. Especially when you have a members of staff whose job is customer interactions.Si vis pacem, para bellum4 -

Well in the 2020s of the chump point system and the more points you get the less it seems to matter for some reason,, so the double stuff doesn't matter to me like it would have a few years ago. But yeah and think we all know they wont extend the event so pointless to complain about it not the first time this has happen for pc0 -

Perfect time for the boss too use his skills with handling the customer, engage them. Havent seen any of them on here for months.

For me, its the double gold amounts to build back my finances after going on a furnishings spree last week. Its amazing how easy it is to burn through over 1 million in gold, LOL!1 -
