Thanks for all the work making community sites. It's a lifesaver for when info isn't on UESP, or when it's more updated or convenient.

Unfortunately, the high quality video ads that the news site autoplays on mobile make it drain data and battery in an unsustainable way for text-based content. I know it helps cover the cost of the site, but up to 3 ads loading and reloading on the screen at a time creates a major resource strain.

Hey, we are aware that this isn't optimal but a necessity. Regular visitors can pledge on Patreon to support our work and deactivate all the ads. Eventually we will lower the amount of ads but money wise we aren't there yet to afford it.

What phone do you have and what resolution, on my screen the ads don't take up that much space.

That dude's screenshot is exactly how my screen looks on my iPhone 11 (most recent software and version of Safari). I had to install an ad blocker so I could access the content without accidentally opening YT every time I tried to x out of the little screen, or accidentally tapping on the placed ad while trying to scroll down. I understand the necessity of having ads, but maybe if yall could fiddle with sizing or placement, it would help a lot toward making the content more accessible. That said, I'd also like to express my appreciation for the work you put in, as I use the site frequently for reference, since I know I can trust that it's updated regularly with most recent information

Thanks, this is great feedback. We weren't aware that the video ad player is the same size on any phone no matter how big your screen is. And as you can see on my screen it is way smaller and not really an issue. Will talk to the ad network, though unsure if they are able to change the size depending on phone display size.
