Why did my Bash go down?

Hello,
I recently put all my attribute points into Stamina (64), kept everything else the same. Previously I was running 32 magicka and 32 stam
Including armor and weapons. My resistances are still at 24k
I am running Deadland Demolisher - my bash went down from 4.3k to 3.6k.
What is that about?
is this U33?

Jestir✭✭✭✭✭They nerfed the passive that increased bash damage in the OH&S skill line, iirc 1500 -> 500 when maxed1 -

✭Yep. We had a few threads on it in the pts forums. They wanted to help bash builds, so they nerfed bash by 2/3. BUT if you TOTALLY build for bash and sacrifice sets, enchantments and cp to build for ONE skill your power bash does more dmg now, so there's that. /Shrug maybe it'll be worth it with some testing.1 -

Deadland Demolisher helps and I max'd out the Bashing Brutality Savage Defense trees....
I just had such a lovely bash, and it was cheap & fast but I don't think over powered...
OH&S was fun again!
