It is an age-old tradition that the queue brakes after every update, along with some random old bugs coming back. You don't mess with old traditions mate.

Jokes aside - it does happen that old bugs pop up on new updates. No idea why.

Then we got new dungeon dlc lots of people join in to do the new dungeons and the demand breaks the finder.
Same for undaunted events.

Rumor is that it happened after hotfix for achievements

I got on to ask this same question, I have been super excited to do the new dungeons. been trying to queue for a dungeon for two days now... have not gotten into a single one. How is this not fixed? dungeons are one of the main pillars if not the main pillar of the game and you just sold people DLC that was specifically just access to the dungeon... and they don't work? no words.

Has this been addressed yet or acknowledged by the team? Been trying to grind out my undaunted rep to level 10 but past 2 days I've been in a queue that lasted 1.5 hours til I gave up when I had RL stuff to do. I don't see any info on the site about it.
