It is an age-old tradition that the queue brakes after every update, along with some random old bugs coming back. You don't mess with old traditions mate.
Jokes aside - it does happen that old bugs pop up on new updates. No idea why.

Rumor is that it happened after hotfix for achievements

Lopti✭✭I got on to ask this same question, I have been super excited to do the new dungeons. been trying to queue for a dungeon for two days now... have not gotten into a single one. How is this not fixed? dungeons are one of the main pillars if not the main pillar of the game and you just sold people DLC that was specifically just access to the dungeon... and they don't work? no words.1 -
